Q: I  recently purchased 2 songs on iTunes and got charged twice on my bank account, I'm having trouble viewing my purchase history

What happens when you try to view your purchase history on your computer's iTunes ?

If both the charges are 'proper' charges (e.g. one of them isn't a temporary store holding charge) then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
