Not working 1 USB port that is closer to the card-reader

Recently, my MacBook Pro 6.2 stopped working usb one port, that is closer to the card-reader.

When connecting the device can light up, the phone may start charging but not determined by the computer.

- I already reset PRAM and SCM.

- I disassemble laptop and check the integrity of the port did not find fault.

- Port does not work in Recovery-Mode or when boot Pressing OPTION.

I installed Mavericks, maybe reinstall Lion? What can you advise to solve my problem?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), MacBook Pro 6.2
