i have a PNY usb device that will not sync to ITunes! what do I do?

I have tried to sync my PNY USB device to download a playlist. but nothing happens.

what should I do?

Look at the manual for your device. Typically you will need to copy the files over using Windows Explorer. iTunes will only sync with Apple devices, but you can use the media on any device that supports the formats.
