    What do you 'cannot add devices', where are you trying to add them to ?

     

    If you mean to the 'manage devices' section of your account then computers and/or devices will only show there if you use iTunes Match or automatic downloads on them, or if you redownload past purchases on them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

     

    Or do you mean something else ?

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your screenshot from  your post as it contains your address and id.

     

    The 'manage devices' section will only show if you have a device or computer associated to your account - it won't show if you don't have any, nor does it show to allow you to associate a device or computer.

     

    You need to do one of the three things that I listed in my previous post to potentially associate it and get that section to show : iTunes Match, automatic downloads, redownload past purchases.
