SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

I got an iPhone 5c on eBay and now I have to return it in the condition it was when I got it. I erased all of my things and signed out of my Apple ID but for some reason when I turn on the wifi (but don't connect it) this one song still shows up even though I deleted it! It has the iCloud download sign next to it but I signed out of my ID!!!! How do I get it off!?!??!?!!
