I blocked and deleted a number (my friend) after a little altercation we had back in January.
Now, after thing have worked out, I readded her number back to my contacts. My phone didn't recognize it as the blocked number, so nothing was in my blocked list. Yet, everytime I try and text her, the text never goes through, it just saying 'Sending' at the top.
Can someone help me figure out what's wrong?

It sounds like you didn't unblock it, you just readded the contact. Try unblocking the number.
It doesn't even give me the option of unblocking her number.
My block list is empty and under the contact it's asking me if I would like to block this contact instead of unblocking it.
