Q: NOT keep re-downloading purchased content?  I have a big library synched to my computers.   I DO NOT WANT iTunes to keep reloading things onto my devices every time I look at my purchases.  10 year customer hating iTunes now.

I do NOT want to keep re-downloading purchased content?  I have a big library synched to my computers.   I DO NOT WANT iTunes to keep reloading things onto my devices every time I look at my purchases.  10 year customer hating iTunes now.  How can I make this feature smarter, or turn it off entirely.
