I can't seem to get my balance.
I am having trouble accessing my gift card balance.

iTunes Store or App Store app > tap on one of the menu options on the bottom (Featured for example) > scroll down to the bottom of the page. If you are signed in with your AppleID, the balance should show on the AppleID button.
