my ipad2 starts opening stuff on its own then switching apps settings etc I try to close it and it keeps switching pages open close move I have to shut it down reboot it works for a bit then starts again. what is up with it I have ios 7.1

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
I tried that and it still will open things up itself and pages move open and I can't control it so I reboot it to get it to work for a while until it does it again,it started doing this when I was looking at videos on vibe.
