I still have 7,62euro on my Apple account t but still can't buy a song

Hello Apple Support Communities,I whish you all a good day,my question is,how can I buy a song with 7,62euro on my Apple account that was always easy to do but suddenly does not allow me to buy anymore? It asks me to verify the account but it's imposible.
