Q: I ordered a people magazine but it DID NOT use my available dollars in my account. Instead it used my credit card. Can you assist me to get them to use my account as default?

I ordered a people magazine wanting you to charge my available account credit. You didn't. You hit my credit card. How can this be corrected?

Mac mini, iOS 7.0.3

After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".

Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Sign-in>Payment Information
