i phone 5s audio ic problem solution.??

I have the problem that when I connect an external box via jack that is noisy to hear difficult to describe. sounds like muffled drop. regardless of whether music is playing or not.

iphone 5s already exchanged. support says I use no compatible product;-)

Can you describe the exact problem. How do you know that this is not something to do with software or speaker itself?
