Can i use spotify app on my old iPhone without phone service?

Hello,

Ive just upgraded my iphone as i need my current iphone to use spotify for my wedding playlist. All the songs are available offline on my spotify app. So when i get my new phone will i be able to use the old one to just use the app for songs?
