Pages
I like Pages over Word. However when I receive a Word document the set up is all wrong and the kerning is out. Is there a way to set up Pages so it always opens Word docs beautifully. Thank you.

They are two different applications with different feature sets and different font rendering.
They are never going to match perfectly.
Look on the bright side. Pages does a much better job of opening Word files than Word does Pages files. 😉
