find my iPhone,

Have now recovered the phone after using the lost function.Aafter getting the phone home and powering up, used my ipad to declare it as not lost. Location identified as next to me and will remove l;ost function when connects to internet. (this it must have already done to know it was next to me!) Now iphone will not boot, only Apple logo cycles. Find my iphone app identifies its next to me, but won't advise it as out of lost mode, just tells me waiting for phone to connect to internet.

What do I do next?
