How can I set. My iPad 2 to activate the net through prepaid simcard

You have to set the iPad up with wifi first.

The SIM card must be for a compatible network .

You must turn wifi off to activate SIM card.

Is your iPad a cellular model?

If it is, do you have a sim card from a compatible carrier?

If you do, have you inserted the Sim card into the iPad, and turned of Wifi?
