Getting a refund for a defective game bought from the App Store

I purchased a game today that doesn't work properly from the App Store. It's called Block Rockin'. How can I get a refund?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6)

The first that you should do is contact the developer of the game for help with the performance issue at their support link which you will find on the app's page in the Mac App Store.


Apple considers all sales to be final. However, you will receive A receipt for your purchase via e-mail in about 24 hours and all that receipt will be a link to reporter problem, use that link to request a refund if you're unsuccessful with the game's developer.
