Trying to get my bluetooth to read my text. I get message that says unsupported

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.6

What do you mean by get Bluetooth to read text? Bluetooth is an interface to attach devices that meet the proper protocols. Are you trying to use your iPhone with another device?
