The charger was working yesterday and I'm not sure what happened. I'm a college student, so my computer is essential for me to use. Please help.

Start by working through http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1713 and if that does not help visit an Apple store genius bar to have the techs check it out.

Can you borrow another person's charger to see if that works? That could tell you if all you need do is buy a new chareger.
