Until very recently US companies were banned from doing business in Iran at all, so it will take time for Apple to 1) determine that there is a market sufficient to make good business sense to open their own stores in your country and if they decide that there is; 2) work out all the many legal issues involved; and 3) work out the necessary business arrangements. You'll need to be patient. There are many countries which have not had bans on doing business there who also don't have Apple Stores.

My guess is that if Apple decides to move ahead in Iran, most likely it will be via authorized dealers, not their own Apple Stores.

We are all just fellow users here; you're not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums.

As to support, Apple won't provide support in Iran until such time as Apple officially starts selling products there. When or if that will happen no one here can say, and Apple won't discuss it in public until such time as they're ready to make an announcement.

Regards.
