Hi,
iCloud is absolutely unreliable for syncing photos from my iCloud (Photo Stream) to my PC (Win 8.1 Pro).
It used to be working, then it stopped, then I reinstalled my Windows (clean install), I reinstalled iCloud Control Panel and now it is not working again.
I know many people have the same issue, but has anyone resolved this?
This is not the quality I expected from Apple..

I have a solution: Dropbox.
I have been fighting this overcomplicated and poorly constructed disaster for too long.
In 5 seconds I just uploaded my entire camera roll to my PC via the Dropbox app, 10GB of free storage too. If I use that up then there is Flickr with 1TB.
Apple is just ghetto rubbish.

It use to work for me as well. It appears that this has been a long outstanding problem with Apple and it appears that no one is addressing it based on all the complaints.
Apple is rubbish. I started using Microsoft's Onedrive which uploads my photos form my iphone to my PC. I can't believe Apple can get away with charging premium prices for such low quality services.
