I bought a movie on iTunes and it shows up in my purchases but it won't let me play it. Help?

I bought Silver Linings Playbook for 12.99 in SD a little while ago. I have been unable to watch it because while it shows up in my purchases it will not let me click play, or any other options for that matter. It also shows up in my Cloud but cannot be played on any of my other devices. Any help would be appreciated!

If you have not done so already, delete the movie from your iTunes library and then try to download it again to see if it plays again. If that does not resolve the issue, then report it to the iTunes Store.
