You cannot upgrade storage capacity. You would need to purchase a new iPhone.

You cannot "add" extra storage to any iOS device. If you need extra room on the phone, delete apps/content you no longer need/use or buy a higher capacity iPhone.
iPhone storage memory in not expandable.
But it says I can change my storage plan ? Up to 10 GB 20GB and 50 GB
Are you refering to your carrier's data plan? Two completely different things.
That is for iCloud. It is for more space in case you want to do larger backups, or need more space for your emails etc.
