How do i switch off notifications on my device for find my iphone

I have a few devices linked to one apple ID through my "Find my iphone" app and monitor them via icloud. When i look for a ipad and choose to "notify me when ipad found" the notification comes through to all my devices linked to that ID. How do I switch this off so it only comes through to one device or only when I login to icloud?
