Q: Error 1439 - Restoration fails - online support 11 steps don't work

Hi,

My ipod classic shows 0ko free while it is full, I cannot restore it both in Disk or non Disk mode. Stops after 10% progress, error 1439. I tried the 11 steps. Useless. All software up to date.

Any idea? Many thanks to all.

Hi tlimlam,

If by the "11 steps" you are referring to this article (TS1372), you may need to have your iPod classic serviced if those steps did not resolve your issue. You may find the following page helpful:
