i changed iphone and lost my tomtom application
I had a iphone 5 s with apps on it such as tomtom etc - upgraded to another iphone 5s and kept my numbers etc but lost tomtom and all other applications
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1, new iphone after 12 months

Did you restore the iCloud backup of your old phone to your new one? That would transfer your apps and other purchases to the new phone, along with other data and settings.
