Just had to replace SIM card on Iphone and now iphone will not show name on incoming messages or phone calls

Yes it always worked until we had an issue with phone the last two days and ATT put in new SIM card and had us back it up to Icloud last night to send away to Apple because they claimed it was beyond repair. We since found out from apple notifications were turned off. A simple fix but now it is all messed up
