I just got a new Iphone. I have an app the uses the GPS. On the old phone I could disable the celluar service.
Thus, I could use the GPS when in an airplane.
I cannot find anything to disable the cell on my new phone. I can do airplane mode but that that disable the GPS. I was wondering where that has been moved to.
(I sure hope Apple didn't do something as completely moronic as not being able to operate the GPS without the cellular.)
