menu has wrong language

Hi guys,


I need some help, just got a new iPhone 5s from AT&T, love it so far, but I'm trying to figure out this one isolated issue.


For every menu in my phone, the words are in English, no issue for me at all. I check the settings under General > International > Language, and English is selected.


When I try to use the podcasts app, all of the menu text is in another language, which I'm assuming is German. I'm seeing words like "Bearbeiten", "Einstellungen", and "Bereitstellen" to name a few.


Any ideas guys?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1, Brand New Phone (<5 days old)

Hi monacomaster!


You should try deleting the Podcasts app, then re-downloading it to see if it is still in the wrong language:


Delete an app - App Store - iPhone Basics - Apple Support

http://support.apple.com/kb/TI135


Also, make sure that your country option in the iTunes and App stores is set to your desired preference:


Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account
