Help, I can not hear their voice nor they to me when I called or when they call me. But for example Face Time, tango, viber works well.

I have my iphone 5 for 1 year and I had never had any type of failure, recently since the update I have experienced a failure when making a call, because I do not listen nor they listen to me but Facetime, Tango , viber, voice notes, music, ringtones work perfectly, I did a reset but the error persists. I live in Venezuela and the App Store do not have the equipment to check the fault, so I ask for your help. Thanks for your time

If it play out of the headset if connected its the stuck in headset mode issue

I try to do that becouse i read some time it stock the headser, but it doesnt work, i can play music, facecalls, etc but not call.. and i notice that everytime i try to call the screen frezze a little bit.

and by the way it works in ramdon call so i dismiss a problem with the phone.. i dont know what to do
