I made request for support call was called 3 time each time I responded by pressing 1 and then support recording hung up on me
a few days ago on my Mac 10 6 8 I turned on then immediately turned off my computer with the same button. I think a big mistake because when I turned the computer on later on my desktop was empty including hard-drive icon. Also I can't seem to shut the computer down with out a hard shut down with the on button. I can still connect to the internet. If I go to preferences and click on hard-drive icon the only option it gives me is a restart. Is my computer fried?
