iTunes Problem

Afternoon,

I recently tried to put music on my iPhone 4 with iTunes but it won't show work. I plugged my phone to connect with iTunes but my phone isn't showing up. I restarted my phone and reinstalled iTunes. I followed the 6 simple steps of "iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows" and it still won't work. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
