Q: If i already have an Apple account how do I create an ITune account?

Trying to set up my Apple TV. I already have an Apple Account, but it asks for my ITune Account. How do I set that up?

An iTunes account is the same thing as an Apple id, they are different ways of referring to an account - does that account work if you try logging into it on http://appleid.apple.com and/or have you tried logging into that account on your Apple TV ?
