Q: why is Apple ID constantly sending me email to verify my acct, and even tho i have my password correct it says it is incorrect?????

I am new to iphone and itunes. I constantly get email to verify my account name. Many times I put my password in correct and it says it needs to verify. In two days time about ten times. What am I doing wrong?
