Can I install the 64-bit version of Windows 7?

Processor: 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory: 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

I have ordered Windows 7 so I can install the operating system using Boot Camp. Now that I've ordered it, I am wondering if it will even work. I looked at my order and it says 64-bit. WIll this work on my computer, or do I need to order another operating system? Thanks!

From the Boot Camp system requirements page located here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634. Look for your computer model and year and you will find the following which indicates Windows 7 64 bit is supported with version 4 of the support software.
