Download still won't complete

I've deleted all app, pictures, text messages, and voicemails from my iPhone 4 8g. I am trying to download the Desolation of Smaug to my iPhone and it keeps telling me I do not have enough storage. I also purchased 10g of iCloud storage.3.6 GB

It says I have 3.6 GB avaliable. What am I doing wrong?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1
