Iphone 4 restore with unknown error

I have an iphone 4s in restore mode (connect to itnues logo). Itunes says it needs to be restored (clean). After downloading de software, disabbeling the firewall and virus software and fresh installing the itunes software. Itunes tries to install de software, shortly after the iphone tries to install thesoftware itunes crashes wih errorcode 9 (unnown error).
