Hello! I have a problem with icloud. I try to enter in my account in icloud.com and is not possible . The reminders are not sync between my devices... Someone knows what happens?

Yes, says that is not possible connect with the servers...
Are you trying to log on to iCloud.com from Safari on your iPhone? If so, that won't work and isn't supposed to.
Setup and configure iCloud on your phone in Settings > iCloud
I continue with the problem... and in my iPad is the same , iMessage doesn´t work...
iCloud.com is not accessible from iPhone or iPad. You need to access it from your computer.
I've been trying to access icloud.com from my PC - as I do every day to check e-mail, etc. and the apple dot com website comes up.
Try accessing http://www.iCloud.com/ instead of http://iCloud.com/
I can´t access to iCloud.com
