I was syncing it on iTunes then when I opened it my Settings, Photos, Music apps are completely gone. I am on an iPod Touch 4G so I don't have Siri. But I do have spotlight. When I try to search up the missing apps they don't appear on spotlight. What should I do?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
