I had to reset my phone, but now my phone will not restore without doing update, which is huge (7.1) and my phone shuts off after about 20 minutes into the "updating/restoring"...any thoughts?? Please help, I am without my phone!
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.6
Connect to iTunes on a computer and do the update that way.
