Hallo Zusammen,

hätte da mal eine Frage bezüglich Numbers und Arbeitszeitberechnung. Ich bekomme es nicht hin, dass die Arbeitszeit richtig ausgegeben wird. Folgender Sachverhalt: Arbeitsende(A2) im Datumsformat ohne Datum mit Zeit 00:00 soll von Arbeitsbeginn(A1) im Datumsformat ohne Datum mit Zeit 00:00 subtrahiert werden. Das Ergebnis wird in A3 angezeigt, Zellenformat ist hier Dauer. Soweit funktioniert das alles. Nun soll die Pause (A4) noch abgezogen werden und in (A5) das Endergebnis angezeigt werden. Eigentlich müsste ich A5-A4 rechnen. Das funktioniert aber nicht, da Numbers sagt: Zahl kann nicht von Datum subtrahiert werden?

Die Lösung wäre ja das Format in A3 von Dauer auf Datum zustellen. Das funktioniert aber nicht.

Hat jemand einen Lösungsvorschlag?

Hi,

would have got a question regarding Numbers and working time calculation. I do not get out that the working time is spent correctly. Following facts: the end of work (A2) in the date format without date with Time 00:00 is the start of work (A1) are subtracted in the date format without date with Time 00:00. The results are displayed in A3, cell format is here time. To the extent that everything works. Now the pause (A4) be deducted and the final result is displayed in (A5). Actually, I would expect A5-A4. But this does not work because Numbers says number can not be subtracted from date?

The solution would be the format noted in A3 of duration to date. This does not work.

Does anyone have a suggested solution?

I have added another column (A) as a Header. Times are in Column B.

Start and End are Time-and-Date format (time am/pm with no date).

Break (lunch!) is Duration format

and work time (B4) is also Duration format.

Formula in B4

=B2−B1−B3
