There is no Internet Explorer available for OS X.
If you enable Develop menu in Safari, there is an option to use Internet Explorer 10 as user agent
for testing purposes.
Safari > Preferences > Advanced
Enable "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Develop > User Agent >
Default is Safari.
