My dad is getting the iPhone 5S for me from Saudi Arabia.However it's warranty is not valid in India.I plan to get the AppleCare for my iPhone.However I don't know where to buy one.If I buy AppleCare from India,will it work for my Saudi Arabian iPhone or is it only possible to get the AppleCare from Saudi Arabia?

AppleCare, if available, is only valid in the country where the phone was purchased. For you, that means your warranty/support will only be valid in Saudi Arabia. However, since the carriers handle warranty/support for iPhones purchased in Saudi Arabia, not Apple, they won't touch a phone not purchased from them or being used on their network.

I think iPhones all over the world are same.I have an Indian Apple account so I dont think so Facetime would be blocked for me.My dad bought the iPhone from LuLu hypermarket.it's unlocked
Then your phone is a grey market import & could have originated from anywhere. This means that not only do you not have any warranty/support in India, but none in Saudi Arabia as well.
