need to make an appointment at Apple Store for technical support

My phone cannot be unplugged from the charger longer than 15 minutes. If so, it will be shut down and cannot be turned on. AFter being shut down, i will have to plug back the charger, and will have to wait 20 minutes until the phone comes back up.

It will be shut down even though my baterry is 100% full charge.
