I have changed my internet service provider and now my Airport cannot be "found." I have tried the reset button at the back of the airport, but still it cannot be found. Can anyone help?

I have changed my broadband provider and now I cannot link my Airport Express - can anyone help? I have tried the factory reset, but no joy...

you need to do the reset the right way

unplug express, hold in reset and keep holding it in while plugging express back in ... only release reset once amber light flashes usually after 10-20s
