CCan't buy any thing on my iTunes gift card and I can t find my security passwords and I ve been trying to find my emails but they are not coming through what do I

If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
