Hi there, I have a message under latest backups - summary tab of itunes. It tell me: "your iphone has never been backed up to the cloud". I thought I had done this can you help? Thankyou

To back up to iCloud you first have to turn it on in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup on your phone. Then, to back up automatically, you connect your phone to your charger while it is connected to wifi and lock the screen. If you do this every night before going to bed it will automatically back up every 24 hours (approx.). If you want to start a manual backup, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and tap Back Up Now at the bottom.
Your first backup will be a full backup and will take some time to finish. Subsequent backups back up changed files and take much less time to complete.
