iPhone Model MB702LL with serial No. 85******Y7H.

I have an iPhone Model MB 702LL with Serial No. 85******Y7H. This iPhone was connecting to WiFi earlier and now under the settlings, it does not show the Wi-Fi - No Wi-Fi and this is shaded. I tried the resettings under General in settings to Reset/Reset Network Settings and when I clicked Reset Network Settings, it seems it was trying to reset; but when the process was over, again it still shows "Wi-Fi - No Wi-Fi" shaded.

Will some one help me solving my problem?
