    If you would like help then you will need to provide more information that 'phone does not work' e.g. what are you doing and what happens when you do it, what shows on the phone's screen, if you are getting an error message then what does it say.

     

    If your problem is related to the phone then you may be better off asking in the Uising iPhone forum on here - this forum is for questions about the iTunes store.
