I bought an ip4s online, and the previous owner hasn't removed the phone from his icloud account. Therefore, I can't activate the phone. I don't have contact with the previous owner. Please help me to fix this problem. Thankyou.

There is no fix, that is part of the icloud activation lock.
The only way to resolve this is issue is to get a hold of the seller and get the info from him/her.
Sounds like you bought a stolen phone.
You have a serious problem.

You must either get the original owner to unlock it, or try to get your money back. If the original owner does not unlock it, the iPhone will remain useless.
The phone doesn't show previous owner's email, that is the only way I can contact with the previous owner. So bad:( . Thankyou anyway.
Yes, the previous owner's email is part of their identification. Their email is deliberately not shown.
So if you don't have a way to contact the seller based on your purchase (and not the iPhone itself), you are unfortunately out of luck. As razmee209 said, it does sound as if you purchased a stolen iPhone.
